All miner plugs are grouped in 15s and labeled #X-Y (e.g., #1-1, #1-2).
Ensure all ground connections (-PE) are tight and bonded to the cabinet grounding bar.

Note: Over 100 plugs per cabinet. Keep labeling accurate.

3. Wiring the Circulating Pump (18.5kW)

Component: P01 motor, -QFP01 (Overload), -KMP01 (Contactor), -KAP01 (Relay)

Steps:

Wire U/V/W from -QFP01 to motor terminals.
Connect PE to motor chassis ground.
Relay coil -KAP01 is controlled by PLC output Q0.0.
Contactor -KMP01 closes when -KAP01 is energized.
PLC input I0.0 receives motor status from auxiliary contact.

Tip: Use 6AWG wires for power, 15AWG for control signals.

4. Wiring the Spray Pump (5.5kW)

Component: P21 motor, -QFP21, -KMP21, -KAP21

Reference: Control Cabinet Page 5 & 7

Steps:

Power flows through -QFP21 into the motor.
Contactor -KMP21 and relay -KAP21 control logic are the same as the circulating pump.
Controlled by PLC output Q0.7, with status back to input I0.7.

5. Connecting Flow Sensor (FIT01)

Steps:

Connect analog + and – from FIT01 to AI1 terminals on PLC analog input module.
Typical labels: AI1-A+, AI1-A-
Use shielded twisted-pair cable (20AWG recommended).

6. Connecting Temperature Sensors (TTxx)

Component: RTD Sensors (e.g., TT01, TT02, TT41, TT43, TT45)

Wire 2 or 3 wires per RTD sensor to AI2 module terminals.
Use AI2-A+/A-, B+/B-, etc. depending on the sensor slot.

Steps:

Connect all RS485 devices (e.g., power meters) to PORT0/PORT1.
HMI touch screen via LAN port to router.
Assign IPs:
1. PLC: 192.168.1.199
2. HMI: 192.168.1.198
3. Router: 192.168.1.8
Use 5V from PW modules to power digital modules.

8. Emergency Stop Circuit

Component: ESB1, ESB2, ESB3 buttons

Steps:

Connect E-stop buttons in series on -X1 terminals.
Connect A1/A2 of the coil to the QFES breaker and emergency stop chain.
Never bypass. Verify functionality during commissioning.

– [ ] Pumps test-run with contactors
